Awarded from Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council for our refuse collection and recycling services.
Awarded to EWC and Blakburn with Darwen Borough Council for the management of the Darwen CA site.

EWC were awarded for the best improved facility, as quoted by George Fludder from EWC, ”The site has changed dramatically with investment in infrastructure, such as new gantries to access skips, and more staff on site, a cleaner and more organised site.
