  • JOB SCOPE

    Overall Job Purpose :

    This is a new position that has been created to aid the external sales team in making quality, qualified appointments. There is the potential to close lower value contracts by telephone, however the main purpose of this role will be to help the sales representatives by covering at least 50% of their weekly target appointments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a member of the Sales & Marketing team you will be required to assist with the following:

    • Generating high quality leads, as per the agreed KPI's
    • Making quality, qualified appointments for the external sales team.
    • Maintain and improve the profile of the Company via telephone calls. Portraying the Company in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Support/Contribute with Telemarketing initiatives /campaigns
    • Demonstrate the Sales & Marketing team in a positive light with other departments
    • There may also be additional activities to perform from time to time in order to maximise the contribution to the Company's goals and objectives
    • Produce data and reports for the business as and when required
    • Adhere to corporate policies and procedures as appropriate

    Supplementary

    To perform all duties in accordance with the Company, Health & Safety, Data Protection and Quality policy procedures.

    There may be additional activities to perform from time to time in order to maximise the contribution to the Company's goals and objectives
